These include flat-floor access, automatic sliding doors, designated parking at the Cliffs Pavilion, accessible toilets, an elevator at the Cliffs Pavilion and serving the Dixon Studio at the Palace Theatre, an infra-red loop system and accomodation for wheelchair users within the main stalls seating.
Audio tapes of our brochure are available on demand (and can be accessed from this website) and assistance dogs are also welcome.
We also attempt to schedule signed and relaxed performances where possible. Please see the details below for those scheduled in the near future:
- My Fair Lady – Palace Theatre | Sat 22 June 2:30pm
- Robin Hood an The Merry Men - Cliffs Pavilion | Thu 2 Jan 7.15pm
A relaxed performance is intended specifically to be sensitive to and accepting of audience members who may benefit from a more relaxed environment, including (but not limited to) those with autistic spectrum conditions, anyone with sensory and communication disorders or learning disabled people. This means that there is a more casual-than-usual approach to front-of-house etiquette and we ask audience members to be aware of people's needs to move or make involuntary noise.
