Experience is preferred but not essential, training will be provided. Our main requirements are that you are a good communicator, presentable and willing to meet and exceed the high standards of service we expect of our team.
Hours are offered on a casual basis and will include evening, weekend and Bank Holiday working. As the post holder will be required to serve alcohol applicants must be over 18 years of age.

Part Time Box Office Supervisor
£16,702 p.a. (£10,020 p.a. pro rata) rising to:
£17,300 p.a. (£10,380 p.a. pro rata)
following successful probation
Hours of work (subject to variation):
3pm – 9pm, 24 hours, 4 days per week
Monday to Saturday on a rolling rota, plus Sundays, Bank Holidays and over the Christmas period as required
This is an interesting and busy customer-facing role assisting the Assistant Box Office Manager in the supervision of our large Box Office team and playing an active role in data management and maximising ticket sales.
You will have a proven ability to organise and instruct staff, possessing good numeracy and IT skills and be competent in learning IT systems. You will be an excellent communicator, both over the telephone and face to face. Previous cash handling and reconciliation experience is essential, as is a proven track record of delivering excellent service in a busy and sometimes pressurised environment. You will be required to work at the Cliffs Pavilion and Palace Theatre as rostered.

Casual Hall Change team members
Basic rate of pay: £45.00 per Hall Change
+ additional payments for extra duties
We require effective team members to work on an ad hoc basis removing and replacing auditorium seating for our flat floor functions.
The regularity of Hall Change work varies according to our programme of events but usually averages about 4 per month. Hours of work vary but will be predominantly late night and/or early morning shifts as well as weekend and Bank Holiday working. Each Hall Change takes approximately 3 hours. The role requires the post holder to be able to undertake regular lone and assisted lifting tasks.
As well as being a reliable, trustworthy and effective team worker, you should possess good verbal communication skills and be able to act upon instructions within a given time frame.
