We present arts & entertainment events, and provide venue hire, workshops and ticketing services. We are managed by HQ Theatres & Hospitality Limited (company number 08386064), with parts of our education and outreach programme delivered by HQ Theatres Trust (company number 07739274, registered charity 1145989).

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which HQ Theatres & Hospitality collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users of the venue's services including our ticketing services, our website, and any other products and services offered by HQ Theatres & Hospitality and this venue.

Personal Identification Information

We collect and store personal data such as your name and address, telephone number(s) and email addresses, together with ticket purchase and transaction information.

Your Access To Your Data

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold in our records and we will comply within the law in respect of this disclosure. We will need to check your identity to comply with such an instruction.

Non-Personal Identification Information

Every time you visit our website, log files are generated on the servers.

If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future communication, we include unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email communication. Your marketing communication preferences can be updated online or by contacting the Ticket Office.

It may be necessary to contact you about your ticket purchases if the specific circumstances of a performance change, such as cancellation.
