Whether it's an intimate gathering of family and friends with canapé and champagne in either the recently refurbished Maritime Room with its stunning Estuary views, right through to 600 or more guests for the Wedding Ceremony then sitting down for a 3-course dinner in the dramatic Cliffs Pavilion Main Auditorium - we will create a once in a lifetime experience for you.

We can offer both the reception and ceremony.

That's why our dedicated wedding planners will be there offering help and advice from the day you book, until you leave us to depart on your honeymoon - making sure your big day goes as smoothly, and as romantically, as possible.

Whether you are looking for a traditional formal occasion or something more intimate, we have something for all tastes.  Whether it is a summer BBQ on our terrace overlooking the estuary or a traditional three course wedding breakfast, we can make all those dreams come true.

Sunday - Thursday Wedding

A wedding between Sunday and Thursday at the Cliffs can cost as little as £2,995

  • Fees for the registrar need to be paid directly to the registrar office.
  • Monday to Thursday only, excluding bank holidays and all menu options are from the bronze menu.

Choose your Wedding Breakfast from the menus below. Please choose two starters, two mains
(including a vegetarian option) and two desserts which your guests can choose from on the day
thus taking away the stress of pre ordering.

The Silver Menu | £37.50 PP plus VAT (an extra £2 pp for the sorbet course)

Starters

  • Prawn and Crayfish Cocktail with marie rose sauce
  • Duck Rillette Pate with rocket, toasted ciabatta and orange chutney
  • Smoked salmon “Carpaccio” with celery, parmesan shavings, baby leaf salad and lemon dressing
  • Grilled Goat’s Cheese en croute with baby leaves and onion chutney

To Cleanse the Palate

  • Chicken wrapped in Parma Ham with marsala & sage jus
  • Rack of English Lamb with parsley and parmesan crust, minted lamb jus
  • Roast Sirloin of British Beef with glazed baby mushrooms and claret jus
  • Pan Fried Sea Bass served with a lemon and butter sauce
  • Red Onion Marmalade & Goats Cheese Tart with dressed mixed salad
