Do You Charge Any Booking Fees?

  • A £3.65 transaction fee may apply to your order.
  • Some events may carry a different booking fee; charged per ticket. Any advertised prices will include any per-ticket fee that may apply

Please note that the maximum number of tickets that may be booked online is nine per show.

How do I purchase access/wheelchair tickets?

To request access tickets, including tickets for wheelchair users, please get in touch with our box office

How Long Will You Hold My Tickets Without Payment?

We hold cash reservations for three working days while you send payment together with an SAE. However, if the performance is within 3 working days of the reservation, payment is required at the time of booking.

Group Bookings of more than 20 seats will be held until three months before the performance.

Why can’t I leave a single seat?

Our online seat map is designed so that you can't leave a single unsold seat on its own. We know it can be frustrating when there aren't many tickets left, but most people prefer not to sit on their own at a show, so if a seat is left on its own it's very unlikely to sell.

Babes in Arms Policy

For family and children’s shows including Christmas pantomime, children under the age of two may be accommodated on parents’ or guardians’ lap and no charge will be made.  Children under the age of two will not be permitted into performances that do not fall into these categories.

Ticket protection

On selected events we offer ticket protection which allows you to obtain a refund on your tickets should you be unable to attend for a number of reasons  - like illness, travel delay, adverse weather conditions and more.

This is provided by a third-party called Secure My Booking.
